the first thing I saw was a Robin
bleary eyed through first light and sight

meeting no one from the forsythia tree
proud and magnificent
a vanishing act

Amazing a summer
in midst of the fall
the blossom of spring
is filling me all
like being a rose
among golden ears
this moment of joy
like ten tousand years
even the winter
won’t cast it away
the spring in my heart
for ever will stay
As the rain pitter patters and even thunders down
I wonder where you are in real time
how will everything survive, but it does
it stands firm and flourishes when it is ready and needs to
peeking its little head out thinking now I know it is my time
breaking the dawn with colour
